This gluten-free all-grain Robust Porter beer kit is designed to produce a dark, full-bodied beer with layered roasted malt character and balanced bitterness. Rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying, it showcases what's possible in gluten-free brewing when building classic malt-forward styles. Built on a carefully layered blend of millet and rice malts, it develops a substantial mouthfeel with strong head retention and a deep, complex malt foundation. The result is a near-black pour with impressive depth and visual richness.
