Grouse Malt House The Phantom Pilsner | All-Grain Recipe

Created by Grouse Malt House for Gluten Free Home Brewing's participation in the American Homebrewers Association's 27th Annual Big Brew on May 4, 2024 ("May the 4th Be With You"), The Phantom Pilsner is a crisp, refreshing gluten-free Pilsner that showcases the clean character of modern gluten-free malts. A simple grain bill of Pilsner and Vienna millet malts provides a delicate malt backbone, while Czech Saaz hops contribute classic floral and spicy notes for an authentic continental lager-inspired finish.
