Grouse Malt House Porter | All-Grain Recipe

A dark gluten-free ale for the modern traditionalist. We've ditched the burnt acridity often associated with stouts in favor of a smoother, malt-forward experience. Brewed with gluten-free malts including Goldfinch, Griffin, Caramel, and Chocolate, this layered grain bill creates a rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying porter. Ideal for homebrewers looking to craft a flavorful gluten-free dark beer with classic character.

Tasting Notes: Fairly sweet with prominent notes of chocolate, toffee, and caramel. Finishes slightly dry and balances well with a moderate hop bitterness. Medium-strong, long-lasting foam.
