Grain Bill

  • 8 oz Biscuit 4L Rice Malt
  • 8 oz Munich Millet Malt

Fermentables

  • 6.60 lb Briess Sorghum Extract 45DE

Hops

  • 1.00 oz Centennial Hops (60 min)
  • 0.50 oz Cascade Hops (15 min)
  • 1.00 oz Citra Hops (6 min)
  • 1.00 oz Mosaic Hops (6 min)

Dry Hop - 5 Days

  • 0.50 oz Cascade Hops
  • 1.00 oz Mosaic Hops
  • 1.00 oz Citra Hops

Other Additions

  • 8 oz Maltodextrin (10 min)
  • 1 Whirlfloc Tablet (10 min)

Yeast

  • 1 packet Verdant IPA

Yeast Nutrient

Use yeast nutrients according to the manufacturer's dosage and timing recommendations.

Brewing Instructions
