Passport To Prague | All-Grain Recipe

Take your taste buds on a journey to the birthplace of pale lager with Passport to Prague. Inspired by the pioneering work of Josef Groll and the legendary lagers first brewed in nearby Pilsen, this gluten-free recipe captures the clean, malt-forward character and distinctive noble hop aroma that made Czech-style pale lagers famous around the world. A blend of millet and rice malts creates a crisp, bready foundation, while generous additions of Saaz hops provide the classic spicy, floral finish expected from an authentic Bohemian-inspired lager.
