Shipping
Shipping Timeframes
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Orders with Fresh Milling Services may take up to 7 business days to ship. If additional processing time is required, we will contact you.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage (2–8 business days), whichever is most cost-effective. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If any additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order.
Alaska & Hawaii
Delivery may take up to 3 weeks.
Multiple Shipments & Substitutions
Orders may ship in multiple packages to reduce cost and minimize damage. To optimize packaging, we may substitute equivalent product sizes (e.g., two 1 lb bags in place of one 2 lb bag).
Returns & Replacements
We accept replacement or refund requests for products with manufacturer defects. Photos may be required.
Please contact us via our Contact Us page or email with details of the issue. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
All other sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or after delivery. We recommend shipping to secure residential addresses and avoiding mail forwarding services or shared mailrooms.
Free Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in the Rogue Valley. Most orders are ready within 2–4 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

We currently ship only within the United States. We do ship to APO addresses for U.S. Military and Diplomatic customers at domestic rates.
