This gluten-free beer recipe emphasizes the potential of gluten-free grains and balanced hops to create a delicious craft beer you can brew at home. With a carefully chosen malt profile and complementary fermentables, this brew highlights the character and drinkability of gluten-free beers made from millet, rice, and other gluten-free grains. Bierly Brewing produced one of only two dedicated gluten-free beers to benefit the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Fund, with all sales proceeds donated to the fund. Water salts were adjusted to meet the specifications from Sierra Nevada's original recipe, so adjust your water accordingly.
