Deja Vu IPA | Extract Recipe

Create a bold, hop-driven gluten-free IPA designed for brewers who want vibrant modern craft beer flavor and aroma. Inspired by the well-known Rendezvous Double IPA—commercially brewed by Bierly Brewing—this recipe showcases how alternative fermentables can produce a complex and satisfying beer. Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops contribute bright citrus, tropical fruit, and juicy aromatics, creating a modern IPA profile with a pleasant mouthfeel and crisp finish. For an even bigger expression, add another 3.3 lb container of sorghum syrup to push the recipe into Imperial IPA territory at 8.86% ABV.
