This gluten-free American Pale Ale is brewed with a blend of sorghum, brown rice, and tapioca syrups, enhanced with Belgian candi sugar for subtle sweetness and body. A combination of Cascade and Cryo® Cascade hops delivers a bright, citrus-forward aroma and balanced bitterness, with a smooth mouthfeel and excellent head retention.
