"Thanks for my recent order of enzymes, grains and yeast nutrient. This was my first all grain gluten free brew day! I decided to go with a rising step mash since my grist consist of rice and millet. The enzymes worked like a charm and my efficiency was 5% higher than I ever got on my clawhammer system. The beer came out to a 1.010 final gravity at 6 %. Perfect for the hazy recipe that I drew up on brewfather. The beer has loads of tropical notes coming from the big whirlpool and dry hop additions of Citra and mosaic. The grain bill gave just enough body and depth to the beer to add that touch of maltyness. Overall I'm very happy with the quality and overall performance of my purchase through Gluten Free Homebrew!
