Defective or Incorrect Items
Refunds or replacements are only available if:
- The product has a manufacturer defect, or
- You received an incorrect item
To request a refund or replacement:

- Provide a description of the issue
- Photos may be required for verification
If approved:
- We will provide instructions for return (if necessary)
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
- A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit or after delivery.

Order Cancellations
