Telosian Hidden Lager is a clean, crisp, light-bodied lager with a bright golden color, gentle grain sweetness, restrained bitterness, and a smooth, dry finish. The recipe is designed to produce a refined, highly drinkable beer with subtle complexity without requiring traditional cold-lager fermentation. Brewers who can ferment under true lager conditions may also use a traditional lager yeast for a more authentic lager character and fermentation profile.
