Grain Bill

  • 4.56 lb Pale Millet Malt
  • 4.25 lb Pale Rice Malt
  • 1.06 lb Biscuit 15L Rice Malt
  • 0.75 lb Roasted Buckwheat Malt

Herbs & Spices

  • 0.40 oz Crushed Sage (60 min)
  • 0.26 oz Toasted Sage (30 min)
  • 0.32 oz Caraway Seed (10 min)
  • 1.00 oz Crushed Juniper Berry (5 min)
  • 0.80 oz Coriander (5 min)
  • 1.00 oz Juniper Berry (Dry Hop – 10 Days)

Other Additions

  • 0.25 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)

Yeast

  • 1 package Fermentis SafAle S-04 Yeast
