This is a NON-ENZYMATIC and NO SPARGE all-grain recipe that explores layered hop profiles and bold flavor combinations. Designed for brewers who enjoy pushing IPA boundaries. NOTICE: This kit requires brewing experience and equipment that is generally considered advanced. If you are a novice home brewer it is recommended that you try one of our other recipe kits.

KIT INCLUDES: Step-by-step brewing tutorial including mash and boil instructions, Pale Millet Malt, Cara Millet Malt, Caramel Buckwheat Malt, Munich Millet Malt, Magnum hops, Galaxy hops, Citra hops, Strata hops, whirlfloc tablet and Lallemand Windsor Ale yeast.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED BUT NOT INCLUDED: Yeast nutrient, 5 oz priming sugar (if bottling), and adjuncts to increase/decrease mash pH if required.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 8+ gallon brew kettle, +10 gallon mash tun, 5 - 10 gallon HLT, primary fermenter with lid, secondary fermenter w/ lid, airlocks, sanitizer, thermometer, grain mill, stainless stirring spoon, bottling or kegging equipment, and pH strips or meter.
