Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) supplies yeast-assimilable inorganic nitrogen to promote strong, complete fermentations in gluten-free beer.

Dosage: Use 0.5 - 0.75 g per gal (approximately ½ tsp per 5 gal). Best used after yeast propagation. Use when fermentation is low in free amino nitrogen (FAN).
