Warrior® pellet hops are known for strong bittering potential with resinous spice and citrus notes that provide backbone to gluten-free beers. Their high alpha acids make them well suited for early bittering additions in IPAs, pale ales, and other hop-forward styles. Warrior helps gluten-free brewers build structured bitterness that complements expressive aroma hops used later in the boil or during dry hopping.
