Go-Ferm Protect™ | 2 oz

Go-Ferm Protect™ strengthens the yeast membrane making it stronger and more resistant to the stresses of fermenting gluten-free beer. It also optimizes the uptake and assimilation of microprotectors and micronutrients during rehydration. Go-Ferm Protect™ does not contain any Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) which contains inorganic nitrogen that can be harmful to the yeast during the rehydration process. Go-Ferm Protect™ is usually used in conjunction with Fermaid O and/or Fermaid K yeast nutrients.

Dosage: Use 1.25 gram per 1 gram of yeast with 17 ml of distilled water; after 15-30 minutes add to wort.
