Lactose, Ascorbic Acid, Lactic Bacteria (_Lactococcus lactis supsp. Lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. diacetylactis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris)
Organic Vegetable Rennet
