Description:
Holiday cider made with cranberry, orange, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla.
Ingredients:
- 4 Gallons Apple Juice
- 1/2 Can Cranberry juice concentrate, re-constituted
- 1/2 Can Orange juice concentrate, re-constituted
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 6 Whole Cloves
- 2 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 lbs Light brown sugar
- 1 packet Red Star Premier Cuvee dry wine yeast

Procedure:
Bring one gallon of apple juice to pre-boil and start proofing the yeast. Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, re-constituted juice and vanilla. Kill flame and add brown sugar. Once it was dissolved strain the mixture into the fermenting bucket and add the remaining apple juice which has been refrigerated. Pitch rehydrated yeast.
