Description:
American pale ale made with light and dark corn syrup, sorghum, dark brown sugar and finished with honey; hopped and dry hopped with cascade hops
Ingredients:
- 2.5 lbs Light Corn Syrup (prior to boil)
- 1.5 lbs Sorghum Syrup (prior to boil)
- 0.5 lbs Dark Corn Syrup (prior to boil)
- 0.5 lbs Corn Sugar (prior to boil)
- 0.25 lbs Dark Brown Sugar (prior to boil)
- 1 oz Cascade Hops (60 min)
- 1 oz Cascade Hops (30 min)
- 0.5 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)
- 6 oz Malto-Dextrin (5 min)
- 1 oz Cascade Hops (flameout)
- 1 lbs Clover Honey (flameout)
- 1 pkg Nottingham Yeast
- Dry Hopping:
- 1 oz Cascade Hops

Procedure:
Bring water to boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops, finings, remaining fermentable sugars and other ingredients according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
Dry hop after racking to secondary.
