Description:
Very simple to brew and very simple flavor profile, similar to a standard American GF ale such as Redbridge.
Ingredients:
- 6 lbs 11 oz BriesSweet White Sorghum Syrup 45 DE High Maltose (60 min)
- 1.5 oz Tettnang Hops (60 min)
- 0.50 lbs honey (flameout)
- 1 pkg Danstar Nottingham dried ale yeast

Procedure:
Bring water to boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
GFHB recommendation: Add 1 tsp Irish Moss (10 min); primary for 7-10 days and rack to secondary for 7-10 days
