Description:
Ale made with sorghum, candi sugar, molasses and agave syrup
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs Briess White Sorghum Syrup (prior to boil)
- 5 oz Dark Belgian Candi Sugar (prior to boil)
- 4 oz Molasses (prior to boil)
- 3 oz Avage Syrup (prior to boil)
- 0.75 oz Perle Hops (60 min)
- 1 tsp Irish Moss (15 min)
- 0.50 Hallertau Hops (1 min)
- 0.25 Perle Hops (1 min)
- 0.50 Kent Golding (1 min)
- 12 oz Honey (flameout)
- 1 pkg Safeale S-04 Yeast

Procedure:
Bring water to boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops, finings and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
