Pale ale made with sorghum, rice and honey
Ingredients:
- 6 lbs Sorghum Extract (prior to boil)
- 1 lb Dried Rice Extract (prior to boil)
- 1 oz Saaz Hops (60 min)
- 4 oz Maltodextrin (10 min)
- 0.5 oz Saaz Hops (5 min)
- 2 lbs Honey (flameout)
- 1 pkg Safale US-05 Dry Yeast

Procedure:
Bring water to boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops, remaining fermentable sugars and other ingredientsaccording to schedule.
