Description:

A perfectly balanced gluten-free homebrew recipe that uses millet, buckwheat, and rice malts to create a smooth and flavorful beer. "Dessert" amber beers feature pronounced flavors of toffee, caramel, biscuit and toasted nuts. Ideal for gluten-free beer makers who appreciate the nuances of GF grains and want to brew delicious beer at home.

Ingredients:

  • Grain Bill
  • 1.63 lb Red Wing Millet Malt
  • 1.63 lb Caramel Millet Malt
  • 1.63 lb Pale Millet Malt
  • 1.63 lb Crystal Rice Malt
  • 3.38 lb Biscuit Rice Malt

  • 0.96 oz Palisade Hops (45 min)

  • 2 g Yeastex 61 Nutrient (10 min)
  • 0.25 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)

  • Use yeast nutrients according to the manufacturer's dosage and timing recommendations.

Primary Ferment: 68F for 7 days
