Description:
Ale made from muscovado sugar; which is a type of unrefined brown sugar with a strong molasses flavor
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Golden Cluster hops (40 min)
- 0.25 oz Cascade hops (flameout)
- 17.5 oz Muscovado sugar (flameout)
- 16 oz raw sugar (flameout)
- 16 oz black strap molasses (flameout)
- 1 tsp yeast nutrient (10 min after flameout)
- 1 pkg Safeale yeast
