Ingredients:

  • Grain Bill
  • 3.31 lb Pale Rice Malt
  • 3.13 lb Munich Millet Malt
  • 3.13 lb Pale Millet Malt
  • 1.56 lb Goldfinch Millet Malt
  • 1.19 lb Caramel 90L Millet Malt
  • 1.13 lb Amber Rice Malt
  • 0.50 lb James Brown Rice Malt
  • 0.19 lb Light Roasted Millet Malt

  • Hops
  • 0.90 oz Mt. Hood Hops (90 min)
  • 1.10 oz Czech Saaz Hops (20 min)

  • Other Additions
  • 0.25 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)

  • 1 package Fermentis SafLager W-34/70

  • Use yeast nutrients according to the manufacturer's dosage and timing recommendations.

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 60 degrees for 5 days, 68 degrees for 5 days
Secondary Ferment: 45 degrees for 11 days, 40 degrees for 21 days
