- Pale Rice Malt 2 lbs 9 oz
- Flaked Quinoa 1 lb 11 oz
- Vienna Millet Malt 1 lb 6 oz
- Pale Buckwheat Malt 1 lb 6 oz
- Pale Blue Corn Malt 1 lb 4 oz
- Palisade Hops 0.3 oz
- Lemondrop Hops 0.3 oz
- Yeastex 61 Nutrient 1.5 grams
- Chamomile 0.4 oz
- Orange 1/4 of 1 whole fruit
- Yeast: Fermentis WB-06

PREPARATION:
Clean and sanitize your work area and equipment using a cleaner and sanitizer specifically for brewing.
MASH INSTRUCTIONS:
Perform rising step mash - 1st rest 125F @ 20 min; increase mash temp over 45 minutes to 175F, then rest for 60 minutes. All enzymes added at start of mash; Ceremix Flex 8.1 ml; Ondea Pro 10.5 ml; Termamyl 8.1 ml.
SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
“Fly sparge” by gently sprinkling water from the hot liquid tank while matching flow rates of the mash tun and hot liquor tank.
BOIL INSTRUCTIONS:
Palisade Hops 0.3 oz @ 90 min
Lemondrop Hops 0.3 oz @ 90 min
Yeastex 61 Nutrient 1.5 grams @ 10 min
Chamomile 0.4 oz @ 10 min
Orange 1/4 of 1 whole fruit @ 10 min
