  • 2.38 lb Goldfinch Millet Malt
  • 2.00 lb Pale Millet Malt
  • 2.00 lb Biscuit Rice Malt
  • 2.00 lb Pale Rice Malt
  • 0.75 lb Amber Rice Malt
  • 0.50 lb Caramel Millet Malt

  • Hops
  • 0.28 oz Sorachi Ace Hops (90 min)
  • 0.56 oz Lemondrop Hops (10 min)

  • Other Additions
  • 2 g Yeastex 61 Nutrient (10 min)
  • 0.25 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)
  • 0.32 oz Lemon Peel (5 min)
