Ingredients:

  • Grain Bill
  • 3.44 lb Pale Rice Malt
  • 2.56 lb Pale Millet Malt
  • 1.75 lb Cara Millet Malt
  • 0.88 lb Pale Yellow Maize Malt
  • 0.88 lb Flaked Quinoa

  • 1.26 oz Saaz Hops (15 min)

  • 0.25 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)
