Procedure:
Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add sorghum and corn syrup (this prevents scorching the syrup), return to boil allow to achieve hot break.

0.75 oz Saaz Hops (flameout)
1.5 lbs Honey (flameout; careful not to scorch)
