  • Biscuit 4L Rice Malt 4.00 lb (44%) Mash
  • Experiment 1 Millet Malt 1.00 lb (11%) Mash
  • Fuggles (IBU: 21.3) 1.27 oz (50%) Pellet Boil
  • East Kent Goldings (IBU: 14.5) 1.26 oz (50%) Pellet Boil
  • Yeast Nutrient 0.22 tsp Boil
  • Irish Moss 0.28 tsp Boil
  • SafAle English Ale S-04 (1 packet)

Procedure:

PREPARATION:
Clean and sanitize your work area and equipment using a cleaner and sanitizer specifically for brewing.

MASH INSTRUCTIONS:
Perform rising step mash (Click 'Resources' > 'Tutorials' > 'All Grain Brewing Tutorial') for 85 - 135 total minutes using 10-20 ml Ceremix-Flex, and 10-20 ml Ondea Pro enzymes

SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
“Fly sparge” by gently sprinkling water from the hot liquor tank while matching flow rates of the mash tun and hot liquor tank.

BOIL INSTRUCTIONS:
Fuggles (IBU: 21.3) 1.27 oz (50%) Pellet Boil 60 min
East Kent Goldings (IBU: 10.0) 0.63 oz (25%) Pellet Boil 30 min
East Kent Goldings (IBU: 7.6) 0.63 oz (25%) Pellet Boil 15 min
Yeast Nutrient 0.22 tsp Boil 15 min
Irish Moss 0.28 tsp Boil 10 min

Yeast:
1 pkg SafAle English Ale S-04
