Procedure:
Rising Step mash with Termamyl, Ondea Pro, Ceremix Flex
Dissolve sorghum syrup, beet sugar and candi syrup in runnings as you transfer them to the boil kettle, allow to achieve hot break, and maintain rolling boil.

4.0 OZ Maltodextrin @ 15 minutes
