This is a Ceremix Flex and Ondea Pro exclusive recipe kit. This is an advanced recipe kit that requires the brewer to conduct a rising step mash, and also requires measuring and possibly adjusting the mash pH. Malts are a naturally gluten free product malted in a dedicated gluten free facility. Produces gluten free beer. Use enzymes to convert starches into sugars which can then be fermented by brewing yeast.

- Pale Rice Malt 10.00 lb (63%) Mash
- Biscuit Rice Malt 3.00 lb (19%) Mash
- Gas Hog Rice Malt 1.00 lb (6%) Mash
- Dark Rice Malt 1.00 lb (6%) Mash
- James' Brown Rice Malt 1.00 lb (6%) Mash
- 1 oz Magnum hops (60 minutes)
- 1 oz Hallertau hops (15 minutes)
- Yeast Nutrient 2.5 tsp Boil (10 minutes)
- Whirlflock Tablet Boil (10 minutes)
- Mangrove Jack's M15 Empire Ale Yeast

Procedure:
Perform rising step mash (Click 'Resources' > 'Tutorials' > 'All Grain Brewing Tutorial') for 85 - 135 total minutes using 10-20 ml Ceremix-Flex, and 10-20 ml Ondea Pro enzymes
SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
“Fly sparge” by gently sprinkling water from the hot liquid tank while matching flow rates of the mash tun and hot liquor tank.
