Ingredients:

  • Pale Rice Malt 10.00 lb (63%) Mash
  • Biscuit Rice Malt 4.00 lb (25%) Mash
  • Crystal Rice Malt 2.00 lb (13%) Mash
  • 2 oz Columbus hops (60 minutes)
  • 0.5 oz Citra hops (30 minutes)
  • 0.5 oz Citra hops (15 minutes)
  • 1 Whirlfloc tablet (15 minutes)
  • Mangrove Jacks M44 U.S. West Coast Yeast
  • Yeast nutrients per dosing and time addition recommendations.
  • Dry hopping: 1 oz Fuggle hops (secondary)

Procedure:

Perform rising step mash (Click 'Resources' > 'Tutorials' > 'All Grain Brewing Tutorial') using Ceremix-Flex and Ondea Pro enzymes per dosing recommendations.

SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
“Fly sparge” by gently sprinkling water from the hot liquid tank while matching flow rates of the mash tun and hot liquor tank.

Follow boil schedule located in ingredient list above.
