Ingredients:

  • Pale Rice Malt 7.00 lb (56%) Mash
  • Biscuit 4L Rice Malt 4.00 lb (32%) Mash
  • Goldfinch Millet Malt 0.50 lb (4%) Mash
  • Munich Millet Malt 0.50 lb (4%) Mash
  • Caramel Millet Malt 0.50 lb (4%) Mash
  • Hallertauer Mittelfruh (IBU:13.9) 1.00 oz (50%) Pellet Boil 60 min
  • Hallertauer Mittelfruh (IBU:5.1) 1.00 oz (50%) Pellet Boil 10 min
  • Whirlflock Tablet Boil 10 min
  • Lallemand Voss Kveik Ale Yeast
  • Yeast nutrients per dosing and time addition recommendations.

Procedure:

Perform rising step mash (Click 'Resources' > 'Tutorials' > 'All Grain Brewing Tutorial') for 85 - 135 total minutes using Ceremix-Flex Ondea Pro enzymes per dosing instructions.

SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
“Fly sparge” by gently sprinkling water from the hot liquid tank while matching flow rates of the mash tun and hot liquor tank.

Follow boil schedule located in ingredient list above.
