This gluten-free extract beer recipe can be brewed transforms into an IPA with a few additional hop additions!

Ingredients:

  • 3.3 lb Sorghum syrup 45DE
  • 1 lb D-45 Candi Syrup
  • 1 lb Rice Syrup Solids
  • 1 oz Chinook Hops
  • 1 oz Ekuanot hops
  • 1 Whirlfloc tablet
  • 1 pkg Safale US-05 yeast
  • 2 lbs Honey
  • 1 oz Warrior hops (IPA version)
  • 1 oz Columbus Hops (IPA version)
  • additional 1 oz Ekuanot hops (IPA version)
  • Yeast Nutrient

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 7 - 10 days
Secondary Ferment: 7 - 10 days
