- 5 LBS Pale Millet Malt
- 5 LBS Biscuit Rice Malt
- 2 LBS Vienna Millet Malt
- 2 LBS Roasted Buckwheat Malt
- 1 LB Roasted CaraMillet Malt
- 1 LB Dark Roasted Millet Malt
- 1 LB Dark Rice Malt
- 1 OZ Horizon Hops
- 1 OZ Fuggles Hops
- 2 OZ Cascade Hops
- 1 Whirlfloc Tablet
- 1 pkg Mangrove Jack's M42 Yeast

Procedure:
PREPARATION:
Clean and sanitize your work area and equipment using a cleaner and sanitizer specifically for brewing.
MASH INSTRUCTIONS:
Perform single infusion or reverse step mash for 90-120 minutes using 15-25 ml Termamyl or SEBAmyl BAL 100, and 15-25 ml SEBAmyl L enzymes.
SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
“Fly sparge” by gently sprinkling water from the hot liquid tank while matching flow rates of the mash tun and hot liquor tank.
BOIL INSTRUCTIONS:
3.3 LBS Sorghum Syrup (60 minutes)
1 OZ Horizon Hops (60 minutes)
1 OZ Fuggles Hops (15 minutes)
1 OZ Cascade Hops (10 minutes)
1 Whirlfloc tablet (10 minutes)
2.5 tsp Yeast Nutrient (10 minutes) optional / recommended
1 OZ Cascade Hops (5 minutes)
