- 1 pkg Mangrove Jacks M42 Yeast

Procedure:
● Enzyme Note: Ceremix® Flex and Ondea Pro can replace the listed enzymes; in a rising step mash they increase mash efficiency and may alter target beer parameters ●
PREPARATION:
Clean and sanitize your work area and equipment using a cleaner and sanitizer specifically for brewing.
MASH INSTRUCTIONS:
Perform single infusion or reverse step mash for 90-120 minutes using Termamyl SC DS andl SEBAmyl L enzymes per dosing recommendations.
SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
“Fly sparge” by gently sprinkling water from the hot liquid tank while matching flow rates of the mash tun and hot liquor tank.
BOIL INSTRUCTIONS:
1 OZ Horizon Hops (60 minutes)
1 OZ Fuggles Hops (15 minutes)
1 OZ Cascade Hops (10 minutes)
1 Whirlfloc tablet (10 minutes)
1 OZ Cascade Hops (5 minutes)
Yeast: Mangrove Jack’s M42 Yeast
