  • 2 lb French roasted millet malt
  • 2 lb Vienna millet malt
  • 1 lb James' brown rice malt
  • 1 lb Gas hog rice malt
  • 1 oz Northern brewer hops
  • 1 oz Fuggle hops
  • 1 oz Cacao nibs
  • 1 Whirlfloc tablet
  • 1 pkg Mangrove Jack’s M15

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 7 - 10 days
Secondary Ferment: 7 - 10 days

1 lb Crystal rice malt
2 lb French roasted millet malt
2 lb Vienna millet malt
1 lb James’ brown rice malt
1 lb Gas hog rice malt
Termamyl or SEBAmyl BAL 100, and SEBAmyl L enzymes

SPARGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Sparge grains by “batch” or “fly sparge” with 1 qt sparge water at a time.

BOIL INSTRUCTIONS:
6.6 lb Sorghum syrup 45DE (60 minutes) For Partial Mash Only
4.5 lb Sorghum syrup 45DE (60 minutes) For Partial Grain Only
0.5 oz Northern Brewer hops (60 minutes)
0.5 oz Fuggle hops (30 minutes)
0.5 oz Northern Brewer hops (30 minutes)
0.5 oz Fuggle hops (15 minutes)
1 Whirlfloc tablet (15 minutes)
