Description:
A classic belgian white brewed with coriander and orange peel. Very clean and refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 9 lb Pale Millet Malt
- 2 lb Buckwheat Malt
- 1 lb Biscuit Rice Malt
- 1 oz Saaz Hops
- 0.75 oz Coriander
- 1 oz Sweet Orange Peel
- Safbrew WB-06
- Whirlfloc and yeast nutrient recommended

Procedure:
Mash all grain with your preferred mash technique. Target 5.2 gallons ending kettle volume.
During boil:
Add Saaz hops at 60 mins
Add coriander and orange peel at 5 min
Add whirfloc and yeast nutrient at appropriate times
Rehydrate Safbrew WB-06 and add to wort after chilling
Ferment at beer temp 68°F
If possible, raise temp to 70°F once fermentation has died down.
