Inspired by a recipe from Ghostfish Brewing Company, this gluten-free grapefruit IPA combines sorghum extract, Belgian candi sugars, buckwheat honey, and classic American hops to create a beer with bright citrus aroma, balanced bitterness, and fresh grapefruit character.
Ingredients:

- 5 lb liquid white sorghum extract
- 5.5 oz amber Belgian candi sugar
- 14.5 oz clear Belgian candi sugar
- 21 oz raw, unfiltered buckwheat honey

- 1 oz Cascade hop pellets (15 min)
