Description:
A crisp, citrus-forward gluten-free IPA bursting with lemon and orange from Cascade and Centennial hops. Lightly toasty with hints of caramel and a hearty malt backbone, it’s bright, thirst-quenching, and perfect for hot, poolside days—proof that gluten-free brewing can still deliver a true citrus bomb.
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs Pale Millet malt
- 3 lbs Dutch Roasted Millet
- 3 lbs Munich Millet malt
- 2 lbs Caramel Millet malt
- 2 lbs Light Roasted Millet malt
- 2 lbs Pale Buckwheat malt
- 1.8 lbs Rice hulls
- 4 oz Centennial
- 4 oz Cascade
- 4 oz Malto-dextrin
- 1 Whirlfloc tablet
- 1 pkg SafAle US-05
- Yeast nutrient

Procedure:
● Enzyme Note: Ceremix® Flex and Ondea Pro can replace the listed enzymes; in a rising step mash they increase mash efficiency and may alter target beer parameters ●
Perform a Single Infusion Mash at 163.4F for 60-90 minutes; or Step Mash at 155-165F for 45-60 minutes followed by 140-150F for 45-60 minutes with Termamyl SC DS and SEBAmyl L enzymes per dosing instructions and in order of optimal temperature recommendations.
