Description:
Ale made from corn and molasses, and no sorghum
Ingredients:
- 0.7 kg / 24.5 oz Molasses (prior boil)
- 3.32 kg / 7.4 lbs Corn Malt/Syrup (prior to boil)
- 50 g / 1.75 oz Zatecky Poloranny Cervenak / Czech Saaz Hops (60 min)
- 50 g / 1.75 oz Zatecky Poloranny Cervenak / Czech Saaz Hops (15 min)
- 50 g / 1.75 oz Zatecky Poloranny Cervenak / Czech Saaz Hops (flameout)
- 1 pkg SafBrew Ale S-33 Yeast

Bring waterto boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
