Description:
IPA made from corn syrup and cane sugars, and no sorghum
Ingredients:
- 5.5 lbs / 2.5 kg Corn Malt/Syrup (prior to boil)
- 2 lbs / 0.9 kg Lyle's Golden Syrup (prior to boil)
- 1.6 oz / 45 g Chinook Hops (60 min)
- 8 oz Malto-Dextrine (5 min)
- 1 lb / 0.45 kg Corn Sugar (flameout)
- 0.45 lb / 0.2 kg Candi Sugar, dark (flameout)
- 1 pkg Munton's Premium Gold Ale Yeast

Procedure:
Bring water to boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops, remaining fermentable sugars and other ingredients according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
