Description:
Nice orange and slightly sweet ale. Pairs wonderfully with Mexican food as well as just a nice cool one for a hot day.
Ingredients:
- 8lbs Pale millet malt (Grouse)
- 2lbs light roast millet malt (Grouse)
- 1lb GF rolled oats (Bobs Redmill)
- .5lb Buckwheat malt (Grouse)
- 1oz Challenger pellet hops 50 min
- 1lb Wildflower Honey 40 min
- 1oz Sweet orange peel 10 min
- .5oz crushed Corriander seed 5 min
- 1oz Liberty pellet hops 5 min
- 1pk Safbrew T58

Procedure:
Mash grains using Andrew Laverys Mash regime.
This is a full boil(7.5 gal) should end up with 5.5 gal into Carboy post boil.
Boil 60 mins and add hops and spices according to above boil times.
Rehydrate dry yeast, 2 cups boiled water cooled to 95-100. Add yeast let soak 15 min stir and let set another 15 min then pitch with 30 min.
Ferment in primary for 2 weeks then rack and bottle and condition for another 2weeks
