  • 4 lbs 6.5 oz BriesSweet White Sorghum Syrup 45 DE High Maltose (3.0 SRM)
  • 4 lbs 6.5 oz Honey (1.0 SRM)
  • 0.5 oz Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 65 min
  • 0.3 oz Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 60 min
  • 1.8 oz Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 15 min
  • 2 pkgs Nottingham Yeast
  • 1.0 oz Cascade [5.5%] - Dry Hop 7 days

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 7 days at 68 degrees
Secondary Ferment: 7 days at 68 degrees

Bring waterto boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.

Add hops and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.

Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.

Dry hop after racking to secondary.
