  • 3 lbs 8.0 oz BriesSweet White Sorghum Syrup 45 DE
  • 2 lbs Rice Syrup Solids
  • 1 lb Candi Syrup, Amber D-45
  • 2.1 oz East Kent Goldings [5.0% AAU]
  • 1 oz Ahtanum [5.2% AAU]
  • 8 oz Maltodextrine (Boil)
  • 1 pkg Safale US-05

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 7 days at 68 degrees
Secondary Ferment: 7 days at 68 degrees

Procedure:

Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add rice syrup solids, sorghum syrup, and candi syrup (this prevents scorching the syrup), return to boil allow to achieve hot break.

1 oz Ahtanum hops - Boil 10 min
8 oz Maltodextrine - Boil 5 min
