Wow, I messed this one up BADLY, apparently. Brew day was rough: conversion was way off, and my original gravity was low (had to add some sorghum extract to get numbers up). I was hopeful that I would end up with something at least drinkable, but I’m afraid this one is going to be a dumper, which will be a first for me. I have always built my batches from scratch and thought I’d take the easier route of going with a kit, but it did not work for me. I’ve also always used millet malt in my GF beers, and this was all rice malt, which was new to me. I’m going with user error, so not sure how valuable this review is, but as an experienced brewer, I can say this one is not one I’ll be trying again.
