A truly delicious Belgian! Great initial flavor with a nice lingering aftertaste. One of the best Belgians I have tasted - Gluten free or not!

I tried this already brewed and I don't normally like Belgian style beers but this one's quite good. Fairly strong but great flavor.

This kit was developed in cooperation with James Eckert of Eckert Malting and Brewing Co in Chico. It is a close clone to his 'Not a Quad' Belgian Style Rice Beer. I shared this beer with James and compared it to the original...he was at a loss for words and we toasted to the future success of our beers!
