pH Pro Bundle

The pH Pro Bundle gives you everything needed to monitor and adjust mash pH for optimal enzyme activity and conversion.. Bundle includes: Milwaukee pH55 pH and Temperature Meter, six complete sets of 4.01 and 7.01 buffer solution, Ceremix Flex Liquid Enzyme - 4 OZ, Ondea Pro Liquid Enzyme Complex - 4 OZ, Lactic Acid, Liquid Concentrate - 4 OZ, and a 25ML Plastic Measuring Cylinder.

●Ceremix® Flex (labeled 'Liquid Starch De-Branching Enzyme') dose recommendation: 1–2 mL each per pound of malt based on a 1.25 qt/lb liquor-to-grist ratio (For full-volume BIAB, start with at least 2–4 mL each and increase as needed); published pH range: 4 - 5.5 at 25C
●Ondea Pro (labeled 'Liquid Enzyme Complex') dose recommendation: 1–2 mL each per pound of malt based on a 1.25 qt/lb liquor-to-grist ratio (For full-volume BIAB, start with at least 2–4 mL each and increase as needed); published pH range: 4.6 - 5 at 25C
